8. Payment Policy
To make a purchase on our website, we accept payments via debit cards, credit cards, UPI, or net banking. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Rupay cards. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and are processed through our approved payment gateway provider, _________. 9. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Bangalore, and we use reputable and authorized delivery agents for shipment.
We make every effort to dispatch products as quickly as possible. Typically, order processing takes about 2 working days, with shipping taking an additional 4-15 working days on average. However, if an item is under production, out of stock, or bulky, it may take longer to process your order. In such cases, we will inform you via email. Transit times may vary depending on the shipping method and delivery location. Shipping times may also be affected by acts of nature, holidays, festivals, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control that may disrupt logistics.
Shipping and handling charges are determined based on product characteristics, packaging, size, volume, and other factors. The shipping and handling charges will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before making payment, once you provide your shipping address.
Order deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery times may vary by location, depending on remoteness. If your location is not directly serviceable by Krushi Loka, we may suggest alternative options, including picking up your order from the nearest location. Please check the serviceability of your pin-code when placing an online order. If you have any delivery-related questions, you can contact Customer Care for assistance.
The method of delivery depends on the size and volume of the product ordered. Small and medium-sized products are delivered to your doorstep. If you are not available to receive the product, you can designate an alternative person to accept it on your behalf, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. For bulky and high-volume orders, we deliver to the nearest transport service unit. You will be notified of the transport and delivery details before shipment. However, Krushi Loka is not responsible for products received by an alternate person.
Please note that ownership or title of a product is considered transferred to you upon receiving the product. Krushi Loka will not be liable for any damage to the product after delivery.
Krushi Loka reserves the right to accept or reject orders for various reasons, such as product unavailability or an unserviceable customer location. Krushi Loka may cancel an order even after acceptance if it later becomes apparent that delivery to the customer’s address is not feasible. You will not be charged if your order is undeliverable or canceled by Krushi Loka.
Shipping and delivery terms may differ if you are a franchisee, dealer, or placing a bulk order. In such cases, please refer to Krushi Loka’s Business Policy.
If you have any complaints regarding your order or purchase, please contact our Grievance Officer/Nodal Officer within 7 business days of receiving your order for resolution.
10. Returns and Refunds
We strive to maintain stock availability for all products displayed on our website. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will promptly inform you of its unavailability within 2 working days and fully refund your payment for the out-of-stock item.
Our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. All products, once purchased, are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to the bulkiness of the products and logistical complexities involved. However, products may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 7 days of product delivery under the following conditions:
The product is physically damaged upon delivery.
- The product is missing parts or accessories.
- The product does not match the characteristics or features as advertised.
- The product is delivered later than the stated delivery schedule, unless the delay was communicated to you or due to reasons beyond our control.
- Please note that “replacement” does not necessarily mean replacing the entire product; it may involve replacing defective components or spares as required.
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to mishandling by you or your representative, or based on issues such as personal disliking of the product. Return requests will be evaluated, and genuine return requests related to the conditions mentioned above (Clause 11.3) will be considered and processed by Krushi Loka.
If you encounter any problems related to product quality or manufacturing issues, we will arrange for an exchange of the product. Simply send us an email within 24 hours of delivery at info@krushiloka.com for shipment and product-related queries.
Refund requests and replacements are subject to review and verification by Krushi Loka.
Krushi Loka will process repayments for approved refund requests in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India or applicable legal requirements, within a reasonable time period.
If you make a duplicate payment, please provide the order number and bank reference for validation and verification. Confirmation of a double payment may take a minimum of two working days. Any additional charges deducted by your bank related to the transaction will not be refunded.
Repayments will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be entertained.
Once your return or replacement request is approved, the process will be completed within 7-10 working days.
No refunds will be processed after 7 days from the date of delivery.
11. Order Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order, you can do so through the provided cancellation tab in your order. Typically, order cancellations are permitted only for a limited period, generally until the order is prepared for dispatch. Once an order is no longer eligible for cancellation, the cancellation tab will be deactivated, signifying that cancellation is no longer possible. Please note that if your bank charges us for processing the cancellation, you will be responsible for covering those banking charges as applicable. Refunds will be processed through the same method within 7-10 working days or as communicated to you.

Krushi Loka does not guarantee the appropriateness or availability of its products for use in locations or countries outside India. Our Grievance Officer will respond to your query within 48 hours of receiving it. Each grievance will be assigned a unique complaint/ticket number for tracking purposes.
Please note that the resolution or closure of a grievance may take approximately one month from the date of receiving the complaint. If you are dissatisfied with our grievance redressal process, these Terms of Service stipulate that disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
General
1. Force Majeure: We will not be considered in default or held responsible for any cessation, interruption, or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strikes, lockouts, or boycotts.
2. Cessation of Operation: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to cease the operation of the Website and the distribution of Products.
